Scott and his team did an amazing job repairing our deck and fixing our basement foundation issues. They did a fantastic job and listened to all my concerns. This company is a true hometown business...they are honest! We had another company come out to look at some cracks we have in our garage floor and they came back with a bid of $17,101.00 after we took some things off. We called Advanced Systems and Scott came out and said we didn't need to do anything and explained why. He could have easily sold us with fear and under bid by a little....but he was honest! We plan to use Advanced Systems for our drainage problems we have in our yard. Thank you for being honest....you just can't find that very much anymore.

Scott helped alleviate my concerns with my homes foundation and even gave me steps and advice I could do on my own before proceeding to pay a professional. Was extremely helpful and did not try to give a hard sell, only recommendations for various solutions. Solid professional and will use in the future.

I've had Scott out twice to look at water concerns with water in the basement, approximately a year apart. Both times Scott has shown up and given what I'd call "neighbor advice". He takes time to diagnose potential issues then gave me ideas on what I can do to fix the water problems. Both times the first suggestions he gave were work I could do myself before trying to sell me his services. This is definitely a company I'd recommend.

I cannot say enough good about this company. Scott was professional and came out on time. I like the fact that he does all customer estimate's himself. He was incredibly knowledgeable about piers, home settling concerns, and how to know whether or not you need work done. It turned out that I did NOT need piering done, to my relief. Another company had told me I needed $50,000 worth of piers installed. Scott spent a lot of time sharing his knowledge with me and he didn't even get anything out of it. I highly recommend that anyone with concerns about their home contact this company. I only wish I had called him FIRST!

We used Advanced System to install a sump pump in our basement 2 years ago and have not had water on that side of the basement since (even after all of the recent rains). We recently had water on the other side of our basement, and Scott was very honest and suggested some outside fixes before doing another foundation fix. I really appreciate his honesty and would highly suggest Scott and his company!
